Appointment Scheduling • All consultations and credit repair sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our office. • Clients will receive a confirmation email or text upon successful booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. • Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows) may require prepayment for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. • We strive to respect everyone’s time, so please arrive/log in promptly. 4. Payment & Fees • Consultation fees must be paid at the time of booking. • Payment for credit repair services must be completed before work begins, per the terms of your agreement. • Please ask your consultant for proper payment methods. 5.
